THEIR IDENTITY
A profile that shows who they really are.
Their name and breed are only the beginning. Add photos, their story and the details people need to know. Species, sex, colour, birth and death dates follow the stages of their life, including when you want to preserve the memory of a pet who has died.
Keep the profile private, share an unlisted link or publish it for an enabled directory. Write names, stories and summaries in the available languages. PetStorya does not automatically translate what you write: you remain the author of their story.

Weight, vaccinations, treatments, allergies, appointments, records and reminders: keep a clear view of their care. Find vaccination dates and stated validity, prescribed medication and documents linked to health entries. Review recorded measurements on the weight chart.
Keep visits, surgery, treatments and diagnoses already recorded by a professional, ongoing or resolved conditions and known allergic reactions. Arrive prepared with your information at hand. PetStorya organises your information; it does not replace your veterinarian or interpret a diagnosis.
FEWER FORGOTTEN DETAILS
Important things should not rely on your memory.
A vaccination to renew, an appointment to prepare for, a medication-related deadline or a personal reminder: record what needs your attention. Set a one-off reminder or repeat it in days, weeks, months or years, with an optional end or occurrence limit.
Reminders appear in the app; email depends on your preferences and the reminder itself. Push requires activation, permission and a compatible subscribed device. Pause a series, complete one occurrence or stop it. Any frequency is information you enter, never medical dosing advice.
A LIFE WORTH REMEMBERING
Because a life is more than a health record.
Keep first experiences, favourite walks, birthdays, trips and the little moments that matter. Attach photos or videos to journal memories and choose an exact date, a month or a year when that is all you remember. Favourites help you return to the moments you love.
Pin highlights, organise them with tags and connect a memory to other pets in the same household. Browse moments from previous years and your private annual recap. Print that recap from the browser; your memories do not become public unless you choose to share them.
ON THEIR TAG
A small QR. The right information at the right time.
Put the PetStorya QR on a tag or another support. Someone scanning it can open the profile you have made available, without installing an app just to read it. Give your pet a useful link back to their information.
The QR is not GPS and does not track movement. Scanning does not automatically expose a normal private profile. You control visibility and can renew the code to invalidate the previous one. It complements your information, without replacing legally required identification.
IF THEY EVER GO MISSING
If they disappear, you are already prepared.
Mark an eligible living pet as lost or stolen and prepare the case: date, last known location, described area and public message. When the relevant features are enabled, people can submit a sighting or use the contact relay without automatically seeing your account details.
Review incoming reports privately and close the case when it is resolved. Public profile discovery and the lost list or map depend on activation and visibility requirements. PetStorya helps organise information and responses; it cannot promise to find your pet.
ESSENTIALS IN AN EMERGENCY
Essential information can remain accessible in an emergency.
Prepare an emergency card separate from the complete health notebook. Choose activation, selected minimal medical information and contacts you enter explicitly. A dedicated link and QR open the card when publication conditions are met.
Owner contact information is never automatically copied from the account. Private documents, medical history and notebook notes stay separate. Preview or disable the card, and print its public view from the browser. What remains accessible is an explicit choice.
A CALMER STAY
Entrust your pet. Keep your account to yourself.
Create temporary access for the person caring for them: feeding, habits, contacts, instructions and chosen documents. The regular care profile records meals, walks, routine, behaviour, sleep and toilet habits; instructions for this stay add the details that matter now.
Choose sections, a start date and expiry. Active medication, allergies, appointments during the stay and documents appear only when permitted; documents require an explicit selection. The sitter reads the information without receiving your account or a permanent role. You can revoke the link.
SHARE WHAT HELPS
Show your vet what is useful. Nothing more.
Create a temporary read-only health share. Select summary, allergies, conditions, vaccinations, medication, weight, medical records, appointments or linked health documents. Present the relevant information without opening your entire private space.
The link expires and can be revoked. Private reminders are excluded. Sharing does not create an online appointment, a vet chat or a telemedicine service. Organise your information, then discuss it with the professional who knows your pet.
FIND IT AGAIN
Important documents where you know to find them.
A prescription, identification document, insurance paper or receipt deserves better than a forgotten filename. Plans including private documents let you keep accepted PDFs and images with the right pet and download them through authorised access.
Also record expenses, categories, providers, entered reimbursements and linked receipts. Bring insurance contracts, references, dates and documents into the same record. Financial summaries use information you enter; PetStorya does not sell insurance, pay vet bills or replace certified accounts or policy terms.
WHEN YOU NEED A COPY
Need your financial records? Export what matters.
Request an annual financial ZIP archive containing expenses, insurance, a summary and an explanatory file, with CSV data. Structured exports are available on Free; Plus and Premium also allow permitted linked documents. Generation runs in the background, then the archive can be downloaded during its availability period.
This export covers entered financial information, rather than the entire health notebook or all account data. The private annual memory recap can be viewed and printed in the app. Use the option suited to what you want to keep or hand over.
TOGETHER, WITH CLEAR ROLES
PetStorya can be a family story too.
The main owner can invite people involved in the pet’s life. Read-only access, a contributor role or delegated responsibilities adapt collaboration to each person. Permissions follow the role; invitations and removal are managed in the app.
A couple, family member, helper or regular sitter can find the authorised record without sharing an account password. If a pet changes home, an acceptance-based transfer process lets the history follow them. A temporary care link remains separate from lasting collaboration.

The private notification centre gathers useful events: sightings, contacts, invitations, reminders and selected life moments. Open the relevant section, mark what you have read and keep up without visiting every screen.
Channels depend on the event, preferences and enabled features: in-app, email or push when available and accepted. Not every entry triggers an email. Health messages stay discreet and lead back into your private space for the details.

Free covers the essentials. Paid plans give you room to go much further.
PetStorya does not put essential safety features behind payment. Free already lets you create a profile, use the QR and start using the essentials. It is a useful starting point for your pet’s life journal.
Plus is for multi-pet households and everyday use. Premium suits larger families and more extensive records. More memories, health entries, documents, collaborators and shares let you choose the space your pet’s life needs.
Annual billing costs ten monthly payments: two months free. Moving to a smaller plan does not automatically delete existing information. New creations or activations above the limits are restricted; authorised access to what you already recorded remains.
YOUR CHOICE COMES FIRST
You stay in control.
Private by default. Visibility you choose. Temporary shares you can revoke. No automatic publication of the owner’s account contact details. You decide when a profile becomes public, what is visible and who helps manage it. Adding a photo does not publish private paperwork.
Family memories, health records, care instructions and lost information have different access rules. Start with what you want to organise today, then open only the useful doors. You do not need to make everything public to benefit from the journal.
Questions before you get started.
Is PetStorya free?
Yes. Free includes a profile, QR, memories, health entries and essential features within displayed limits. More capacity and new private documents belong to paid plans, so you can try the product before choosing more room.
Can I use it for several pets?
Yes, with a suitable plan. Each pet has a separate record and access. The catalogue shows Free, Plus and Premium capacities, per-pet limits and total account storage.
Is the QR a GPS tracker?
No. It opens an eligible profile according to visibility and publication rules. It does not measure a location, track movement or guarantee recovery. Renewing the QR invalidates its previous code.
Who can see my information?
You and people authorised by their roles. Public visitors see only permitted public, lost or enabled emergency projections. Temporary links give access only to chosen sections.
Can I keep the profile private?
Yes, private is the default. A published unlisted profile can be reached by its link without entering the directory. Public profiles can appear when directory discovery is enabled.
Can I share information with my vet?
Yes, using a temporary read-only health share. Choose sections and a duration permitted by the plan, then revoke when needed. Reminders stay private; sharing is not a teleconsultation.
Can I give a pet-sitter access?
Yes, through a care link with a start, expiry, instructions and selected sections. Documents must be explicitly chosen. It does not share your account or grant a permanent role.
What if I move from a paid plan to Free?
Existing information is retained. New creations or activations exceeding Free limits are blocked. Authorised access to existing records, documents and essential functions keeps its usual rules.
Are my data deleted if I exceed a limit?
No automatic deletion follows a plan-limit excess. You can read and edit as your permissions allow; some new creations require reducing usage or choosing more capacity.
Can ownership change?
Yes, through a dedicated process with recipient acceptance and identity checks. The record follows the pet; sensitive previous access and shares are invalidated under transfer rules.
Can I keep a pet who has died?
Yes. Preserve identity, dates, stories and memories. Historical recaps remain private. Upcoming life-moment notifications and functions reserved for living pets follow the changed status.
Can I export information?
The implemented export is an annual financial ZIP with expense, insurance and summary data; linked documents are available on Plus/Premium. Memory recaps can be printed in the browser. A complete health PDF is not promised.
