QR and essential safety features are not reserved for paid plans. Paid offers mainly add capacity for keeping more and working with more people. Free is a useful starting point. Health sharing limits apply to the entire account, while many other limits are per pet.

Two months free with annual billing.

Annual prices equal ten monthly payments. Compare the displayed yearly cost and choose your rhythm. Prices and limits come from the server catalogue. Plus and Premium buttons carry your intended plan to registration; they do not charge you on the website.

When your needs change.

A downgrade does not automatically delete retained data. New creations may be limited above quotas, while reading and managing existing items remain available according to permissions. Exports are financial ZIP/CSV files with associated documents depending on the plan. The FAQ explains these situations before you choose.

Questions about plans and billing.

What happens if I return to Free?

Changing plans keeps existing data. You can read and manage it according to your permissions. New additions or activations above a limit may be blocked. Compare current usage with displayed capacity before choosing.

Does exceeding a quota delete my data?

No. Going over a quota does not trigger automatic deletion; it restricts relevant new additions. Temporary link periods and export retention follow their own rules. A plan change does not make access permanent.

Why are two months free annually?

Displayed yearly prices equal ten monthly payments for a year’s subscription. Check catalogue amounts and choose a suitable rhythm. Website buttons lead to registration; they do not trigger payment on the marketing site.

What can I export on my plan?

Exports are financial: an annual ZIP with CSV data, summary and explanations. Including linked documents depends on the plan. There is no server PDF export of the entire health notebook. Memory recaps can be printed in the browser.
