A profile that truly tells their story.

Bring your pet鈥檚 identity, photos, story and translations together in a profile whose visibility you control.

A dog and their person at home

Their name and breed are only the beginning. Add photos, their story and the details that matter. Keep the profile private or choose which presentation becomes available, without automatically publishing your personal information.

Their story deserves a known place

An adoption date in a message, a portrait on your phone and a description copied for relatives: a central profile brings those pieces together. Add information gradually rather than rebuilding everything on day one.

Each animal has their own space, helping you keep photographs and records distinct as your household grows.

Three steps to their own space

  1. Add identity. Enter name, species and known details, with a current portrait.
  2. Tell their story. Write the presentation and useful available language versions.
  3. Choose visibility. Start privately, then decide whether an unlisted or public presentation meets your needs.

Clear identity, personal history

Keep species, breed, sex, colour, birth date and living or deceased status. A death date helps preserve a coherent space after their passing. Do not invent unknown dates. Name, presentation and story support translated content that you enter yourself.

The gallery holds photos and videos; a recognisable portrait becomes the main image. The journal keeps life events and memories. The profile is a starting point rather than a biography containing every health detail.

Private, unlisted or public: your decision

Private content is inaccessible to public visitors. Unlisted presentations can be accessed through an authorised link when publication conditions are met, without a directory listing. Links can circulate; this is not access for one named person. Public presentations can be viewed and discovered in the directory when the relevant features are enabled.

Owner details, private documents and full health records are not automatically published. Identification stays private unless explicitly authorised. The QR does not bypass a private profile.

Sharing a profile does not mean sharing your account

Invited collaborators receive role-based rights, with access you can remove. Temporary health or care shares provide selected information for occasional needs. Neither requires giving someone your password or publishing the profile.

Questions before you start

Can I start with an incomplete history?

Yes. Add reliable information gradually rather than filling gaps with guesses.

Can I keep a deceased pet鈥檚 profile?

Yes. Status, dates and history remain available; care and lost cases have specific eligibility conditions.

Do I need a paid plan?

Free starts with one pet. Plus and Premium provide more capacity for animals and data. Compare plans for your household.

Are texts translated automatically?

No. You enter the available language versions yourself.
