Yes. Free lets you start with one pet profile, your first photos and memories, its QR and essential safety features. Free does not include a private-document allowance. Plus and Premium provide more room for pets, memories, health information, documents and sharing. See the comparison for the exact limits.

Yes. Every pet has its own profile, journal and health notebook. Your plan sets the number of pets and available capacity. The pricing table shows the current catalogue limits. Information stays organised by pet, and you choose visibility and authorised people separately for each profile.

No. Scanning opens the authorised profile linked to the code. QR does not locate your pet in real time or track its movements. It helps someone find the information you chose to make accessible. A private profile stays private; the code cannot bypass that choice. You can renew the code.

Private information is available to people authorised for that pet, according to their role. Public profiles use a separate view: your email, phone, documents and health notebook are not added automatically. Lost-mode and emergency contacts require explicit choices. A temporary share only shows the selected permitted sections.

Yes. Private, unlisted and public are separate choices. Private prevents anonymous viewing. Unlisted allows the permitted profile to be opened through its link but excludes it from the directory and sitemaps; it is not password protection. Public allows discovery when public features are enabled.

Yes, when health sharing is enabled. Create read-only access, choose sections and select a duration allowed by your plan. You can revoke it. Accessible files must be authorised health documents; expense invoices and other private documents are not included in this share. This is not an online veterinary consultation.

Yes. Care mode brings together feeding, routines, walks, instructions, contacts and selected documents. The care link has a validity period and can be revoked. The recipient reads only the chosen sections and does not receive your account. For ongoing help, inviting a collaborator with the right role is another option.

A downgrade does not automatically delete existing data. You keep reading, editing and deleting retained items according to your permissions. New creations may be blocked when usage exceeds a limit. An existing share keeps its expiry and can still be revoked.

No. Exceeding a quota does not trigger automatic deletion. It restricts the relevant new creations. This does not make every plan unlimited: you can free capacity or choose a suitable plan. Temporary-link expiry and export retention still apply separately.

Yes. A dedicated process invites the new owner to accept the transfer. It is not a simple ID change or public link. Consent and the product’s account checks remain required. The pet’s story can follow its profile to a new home; previous temporary shares are revoked.

Yes. The profile can record their status and date of death while keeping their story and memories. The journal retains saved events and media. Features for living pets, such as a lost or stolen case, have their own eligibility conditions. A pet’s memories need not disappear when they die.

The product offers private annual financial ZIP exports, including expense and insurance CSV files. Including associated documents depends on your plan. The annual memory recap can be viewed and printed from the browser. There is no server-generated health-notebook PDF or whole-app export.
