Entrust your pet. Keep your account.

Prepare care with routines, feeding, contacts and selected documents. Give temporary read-only access that expires and can be revoked.

THE RIGHT DETAILS FOR THE PERSON CARING FOR YOUR PET

Feeding, habits, walks and useful contacts. Prepare a clear care profile, then give a relative or sitter temporary access to information you choose. Your account remains yours.

Prepare the next stay

A trusted person caring for a dog

Fewer scattered messages. Clearer instructions.

Instructions disappear between chats, photographs and paper on the fridge. The sitter asks where food is, who to call and whether an old instruction still applies. Important details deserve one easy place to consult.

PetStorya brings them together around your pet. Prepare everyday routines before departure and choose what matters during this stay. The sitter need not search the entire file for tonight’s meal.

A lasting care profile, a share for each stay.

The private profile stores feeding, schedules, routine, behaviour, sleeping, outings and general instructions. A share can add directions for a particular period. Reuse familiar reference points for a weekend or regular care without always exposing every section.

Prepare access in three steps

  1. Describe everyday life

Record useful habits and instructions. Concrete words beat “as usual”. Check the pet profile and selected contacts.

  2. Choose content and dates

Select needed sections, authorised documents and a validity period within plan limits. Add instructions specific to this stay.

  3. Send the link to the right person

Review access before sending. The sitter reads the selection during the set period. Revoke it if arrangements change.

Useful information, chosen by you.

Feeding, routine and behaviour

Bring together meals, daily rhythm, rest and individual needs. Add walks where relevant. You choose visibility; unselected sections are omitted.

Contacts entered deliberately

Emergency contacts come from details you explicitly entered. Choose veterinary information where useful. Account contact details are not automatically copied, so check the contacts the sitter must be able to find.

Health information for the period

Optionally share active medication, allergies and appointments inside the authorised window. The sitter does not automatically see complete medical history. Treatment instructions come from your veterinarian; PetStorya organises access without prescribing doses or diagnosing.

Explicitly selected documents

Choose useful existing private files when documents are enabled. Selection does not expose everything or create extra copies. Document rights and limits depend on the plan. A relevant prescription and an old invoice serve different needs.

A practical page during the stay

The sitter view highlights today’s shared details: feeding, walks, medication, appointments and one-time instructions. It can be printed. It does not replace conversation or automatically track completed tasks.

Current habits

Authorised changes appear on the next consultation or refresh. Contact the sitter directly about important changes. An updated entry does not guarantee it has been read.

Care access is not account access.

Sharing is temporary, read-only and revocable. It gives no login credentials, creates no collaborator role and cannot edit the file. A relative helping long term may use the separate collaborator roles and permissions.

Care notes must not contain alarm codes, passwords or banking details. Use an appropriate separate method for keys and sensitive home information. Keep access relevant to its purpose.

Questions about care mode

Does the sitter need my account?

No. They open the care link and read the authorised selection. Never send your password.

Can I limit the duration?

Yes. Shares have a defined period within plan limits. The plan catalogue shows duration and active care allowances.

Can I remove access early?

Yes, revoke the share. Check dates and selections again if the person or period changes.

Is care sharing veterinary sharing?

No. They serve different needs. Temporary health sharing has its own sections and document rules.
