A dog and their person at home

A pet鈥檚 life is more than one record. There is a story, routines, appointments, documents and people who care for them. PetStorya brings this information together around their profile so you can find it in everyday life and share it when it becomes useful.

Instead of scrolling through messages, searching emails for a prescription or asking everyone what they remember, start with one place. The health notebook stays private. The journal keeps the happy moments. Access fits the situation: family, a vet visit, pet sitting or an emergency.

You need not fill everything in on the first day. Start with a name, a photo and what you know. Add a memory, an appointment or care instructions next. Each pet keeps its own information, and your plan provides capacity suited to your household.

Identity

Name, story and personality: a complete identity. Species, breed, sex, colour, birth or death dates and living status complement the photos. Profile text can have several translations.

Health

Keep known weights, vaccinations, medication, visits, surgery, treatments and recorded diagnoses. Add conditions, allergies, appointments and recurring reminders. PetStorya organises your records; it does not replace a vet or provide diagnoses.

Memories

A first walk, birthday or trip deserves a place in the journal. Add photos and videos, tags, favourites, pins and linked pets. Find moments and the annual recap without mixing memories with medical information.

Safety

QR opens the profile you permit and can be renewed. Lost/stolen mode groups case details, sightings and authorised contacts when those features are enabled. The emergency card publishes only explicitly selected information. There is no GPS tracking.

Sharing

Show a vet only useful health sections through a temporary read-only link. Prepare care with routines, feeding, instructions and selected documents. Access expires and can be revoked: share the needed information, not your account.

Organisation

PDFs, images and important files belong in private documents, subject to your plan. Organise identity, health, insurance and expense files and use protected downloads. No private file is automatically added to the public profile.

Finances

Keep expenses, categories and linked evidence for each pet. Insurance contracts bring references, dates and documents together. Annual financial ZIP/CSV exports help review the records; they are neither certified accounting nor an insurance offer.

Family

One owner, with invited collaborators as viewer, editor or delegated owner. Permissions stay controlled for each pet and invitations can be revoked. A dedicated ownership transfer lets their story follow them when they change homes.

Notifications

Useful events appear in the app. Health reminders can also use email according to your preferences, and push when enabled and your device is subscribed. Choose one-off or recurring reminders that help you without relying only on memory.

Start with what you know

Create the profile with the essential information. A photo and a few details already help identify the right pet in a busy household. Complete their story later without a long preparation before you begin.

Add what matters as life happens

An appointment, a new document or a lovely walk: save each item in its place. Memories belong in the journal, health data in the private notebook and evidence with the expense or contract. The records grow with your pet鈥檚 life.

Share for the situation

Choose profile visibility and authorised people. Prepare a care link or health selection for a fixed period. Check what is accessible before sharing the link, then close access when it is no longer useful.

Profiles start private. An unlisted profile is accessible through its link but absent from the directory and sitemaps; this is different from private access. Public profiles, contacts and emergency cards use permitted information, not a copy of your whole account. Directory, lost map and contact functions depend on service settings.
